Please follow these instructions to apply for your Graduation Certificate or Degree.
- Complete the Application for Graduation/Certificate Form.
- For Spring 2022, there is a $15 fee for each diploma.
- Be aware that there are Application deadlines in order to be granted your Degree or Certificate in a particular semester. Please see below for the application deadlines. (For example, if you believe you will have completed all of the Graduation requirements for your Degree or Certificate by the end of the Fall semester, then you would apply for Graduation in that Fall semester and your application would need to be submitted before November 15th.)

Diplomas
Honolulu CC is excited to announce that we are in the process of transitioning to a new diploma vendor. The new diploma vendor will bring exciting changes for our graduating students – faster shipping of diplomas to students and a patented digital credential that is an exact duplicate of the paper diploma.
While we make this transition, during this time, replacement diploma requests and diploma requests for degrees earned before fall 2021 will not be accepted until June 2022. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. In the meantime, we strongly encourage alumni to request an enrollment verification letter or transcript as documentation of degree earned.
Degrees are conferred at the end of each semester and posted to student records within 10 weeks following the end of the semester for which you applied for graduation.
Diplomas and transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations to any University of Hawai’i have been cleared.
