All students must pay tuition and fees by the deadlines below unless they are enrolled in a Payment Plan (see Payment Plan for payment options). Student billing statements are now available from MyUH Portal. The University does not mail billing statements for unpaid balances.

For Students Registered or Enrolled: The Payment Deadline is:
April 21 to July 18, 2008, 4:00 PM July 18, 2008 by 4:00 PM

Payment must be RECEIVED or students must enroll in the Payment Plan by this deadline, otherwise registration will be cancelled. For re-registration procedures, check with the Records Office.

Students awarded financial aid should check with their campus financial aid office for special payment instructions.

(End of Late Registration Period at the campus offering the course and last day to Drop Classes with a 100 percent refund.)

Full payment must be RECEIVED or students must enroll in the Payment Plan by this deadline. Students are responsible for paying all tuition
and fees for courses enrolled in as of 4:00 PM August 8, whether or not class is attended. Registration will not be automatically cancelled for non payment. If full payment is not received, the University of Hawai‘i reserves the right to place a financial hold on student accounts until this obligation is paid in full. Additionally, the University may deny further registration and/or cancellation of registration, transcripts, diplomas and other University services.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments can be made via MyUH Portal.

Check payments can be mailed to the HCC Business Office. Checks should be made out to the "University of Hawaii", include the Student’s Banner ID number to ensure proper crediting to account, and be accompanied by the Registration Payment Form. Allow a minimum of 5 days for delivery prior to the deadline.

Cash, check, and debit card payments can be made in person at any UH Cashier’s Office. The HCC Cashier’s Office is located on the first floor of Building 6.
