Instructions - This questionnaire is designed to help understand the use of social support by army spouses during deployment. This survey will be used for a class assignment and done solely for a sociology class at UH - West Oahu. Participation is voluntary.

Individual anonymity is assured. The researcher will not be able to identify ANY INDIVIDUAL responses upon the submission of the survey.
