PLANNING COUNCIL / STRATEGIC PLANNING SURVEY
-

In the 2006 Institutional Self-Study, the College identified the need for the Planning Council to identify measurable outcomes and assess how well it meets those outcomes on a regular basis.

The Planning Council is thus carrying out a brief survey to gauge faculty awareness of the ongoing strategic planning process. Please take the time to answer these questions. The Planning Council will evaluate and respond to the results.

Based on the Charter, the following are the duties of the Planning Council:

- Coordinating annual review and update of the College Strategic Plan, including ensuring the integration of results of Annual Assessments and Program Reviews into the College Strategic Plan and decision-making processes.

- Developing, communicating, and utilizing criteria to prioritize strategic planning and budgeting initiatives.
