What is my responsibility in order to receive accommodations?
Most important is you should come to college with the needed documentation
Once accommodations are determined, the student often arranges the implementation details with professors. If accommodations are not effective, it is the student’s responsibility to work with the disability service office to find a solution.
What types of services may I expect at college?
Services are individually determined by the documentation you provide and meeting with the your disabilities service provider. These are some examples of services provided at colleges and universities. The college you choose may have more or fewer services so check.
