Live well, be well, do well, and love well
Mental Health Toolbox
(last update September 8, 2008 )

The purpose of the mental health wellness toolbox is to provide you with “healthy tools” that you can use to stay well, be well, do well, love well, and survive your college experience.

By creating your personalized “tool box “, you can build self confidence and personal character needed to navigate academic and personal issues that may impact your academic success.

The toolbox you create might be filled with items that can help to support you in the event of an emergency. Your toolbox could be shared if you want, with those close to you, and others so that they will know how best to help you in the event of an emergency.

Things to consider putting in your “toolbox”:

Ways to take care of yourself (coming soon)

Wellness/Success Form ( coming soon)
